2. Our Privacy Commitment
We have deliberately designed this website to collect as little personal data as possible. We do not use analytics services, advertising trackers, or non-essential cookies. No information about your visit is tracked, profiled, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Purpose of Processing
The data you submit is processed for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry, conducting any subsequent consultation, and entering into an engagement should both parties agree to do so.
5. Lawful Basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of:
- Consent — Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(a) EU GDPR — provided when you tick the consent box on the contact form;
- Legitimate interest — Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) EU GDPR — in responding to your enquiry and maintaining a record of correspondence in the usual course of business.
Where you are resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) applies in parallel to the UK GDPR. Both frameworks are substantively identical and provide you with the same set of data-subject rights set out below.
6. Form Processor
Form submissions are technically delivered through Web3Forms, a third-party form-relay service operated by Web3Forms (Statichunt Technologies LLP). Web3Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf and forwards your submission to our office email address. Their privacy policy is available at web3forms.com/privacy.
7. Hosting
This website is hosted on infrastructure provided by World4You Internet Services GmbH (Austria). Server logs may include standard request data such as IP address, request timestamp, and user-agent string. These logs are retained briefly for security and operational purposes only and are not linked to any personal data submitted through the form.
8. Retention
Enquiry submissions and ensuing correspondence are retained for up to 24 months from the last interaction, or for the duration of any engagement entered into and any subsequent statutory retention period applicable to commercial records (typically 6 years under UK tax law).
9. International Transfers
Where data is processed outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area in the course of using Web3Forms, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards under UK GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision).
